METHOD

In a clean and sanitize container put the gelatin sheets cover with ice water

In a clean and sanitize pot put the milk, 35% cream, granulated sugar and the vanilla essence boiling at very low heat.

When the ingredient starts boiling add the soft gelatine sheets and let them melt.

Pass the panna cotta with a strainer.

Cool down in an ice bath and start to fill the portion glass of panna cotta; refrigerated until reach a stiff consistency. Served with mixed berries on top.
