METHOD

In a clean and sanitize container put the gelatin sheets cover with ice water

In a clean and sanitize pot put the milk, 35% cream, granulated sugar and the chocolate boiling at very low heat.

When the ingredient starts boiling add the soft gelatine sheets and let them melt.

Pass the Budino with the strainer to eliminated grain of not melt chocolate.

Cool down the Budino in an ice bath and start to fill the portion glass; refrigerated until reach a stiff consistency 

Before served add the whipped cream on top.
