METHOD

 

On a clean and sanitize cuting bord cut the washed tomato at 0.5 cm slice and the cherry tomato in half.

In a clean and sanitize plate arrange the tomatoes and add some green lettuce.

Drizzle the tomato with The EVO, salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh basil.

Add on top of the tomato the fresh Burrata and serve with fresh Sourdough toasted bread.
