METHOD |

On a clean and sanitize cuting bord cut the washed tomato at 0.5 cm slice and the cherry tomato in half. |
In a clean and sanitize plate arrange the tomatoes and add some green lettuce. |
Drizzle the tomato with The EVO, salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh basil. |
Add on top of the tomato the fresh Burrata and serve with fresh Sourdough toasted bread. |
