METHOD

 

In a clean and sanitize not stick fring pan put the olive oil at medium heat, 

 and when will be hot enough add the fish previously adjusted with salt and white pepper;

cook slowly both side of the fish , after that add the garlic,clams and let them cooking

together for 1 minute. Drizzle with white wine and let evaporated; after that add the Thyme,

water and cook slowly for 3-4 minutes. One minute before finished add the semi-dry cherry tomato

Assamble on a fish plate with fresh basil on top and olive oil.
