METHOD

On a clean pan warm up some oil; seasoning the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper,  when the pan it's hot enough add the pork, seared both side for 3 – 4 minutes after that cook in oven at 250°C for additional 5 minutes.

Start to seasoning and grill the vegetables. 

After that check if the pork it's cooked enough using a thermometer (around 65°̴ 72°C) . .

Assemble the grilled vegetables on a plat cut the pork in 4 slice drizzle with the balsamic glaze, some fresh olive oil and serve.
