What Foods Have the Most Protein?
There are so many high protein foods out there! Here are some of my favorites:
Animal-Based Proteins
The foods that have the most protein per gram are:
chicken
beef
pork
turkey
fish (salmon, shrimp)
eggs
protein powder
Plant-Based Proteins
Plant Based Proteins have significantly less protein per ounce. Here are some higher plant-based proteins:
cottage cheese & nonfat Greek yogurt

tofu
beans
