METHOD

In a pot put the Rice vinegar, white wine, salt and sugar, and bring to boil.

With a cutting board cut the vegetables as big as you liked, and put it in a deep container. When the vinegar mixed is ready pour in to the containers and let the vegetables absorbed the vinegar.

Served cold.
