METHOD

In a bowl put the fish with cold running water.

After that dry up the fish with paper towel, pass the fish in flour and semolina mix and deep fry at 180°C until gold color and let them dripping the oil on a paper towel and add some salt. Fried the potatoes and vegetables at the same temperature until rich a nice golden color, let them dripped the extra oil on a paper towel and adjust with salt.

Assemble on a plate with a lemon wedge and your favorite dip sauce.
